Running with Manchester Frontrunners @ Trafford Athletics Stadium, Manchester

A great way to start the weekend. Meet in the car park by the sports stadium for 10am and then run into Chorlton Ees and down the banks of the Mersey to and around Chorlton Water Park and occasionally Sale Water Park. Beautiful and refreshing scenery - highly recommended! Visit www.manchesterfrontrunners.org for more information.
