...in memory of Her Imperial Highness Regina Fong.

Since the lamented passing of Her Imperial Highness Regina Fong, Last of the Romanoffs, in 2003, her close friends have held an annual memorial for all her fans.

Regina held Court at The Black Cap in Camden every Tuesday and always had a party to celebrate her birthday in May. What better time to celebrate her life, than to have her memorial on her birthday? This year was no exception. Hosted by Lola Lasagne the line up included Sandra, Titti La Camp, Rose Garden, Dolly Diamond, Sheila Bliege, Mrs Moore, Millie Turner and Lady Trindy with special guests Ebo-nee and Adrella with David Rosen on the decks.

Playing to a packed venue, with money being raised for the Marie Curie Cancer Centre, the audience were treated to all the acts emulating Her Imperial Highness with sketches such as Skippy The Butch Kangaroo, Anne Robinson, A Mouse Lived in a Windmill, the cast of Coronation Street and much much more!!

Well done, yet again, to Lola for organising this fantastic event – May would not be the same without this show and we fans love the show more and more each year!
